DJ1 "Cherish" is the name for the sculpture.

This name is the reason I created the piece. Having the pleasure of observing a mother and baby dolphin. You could see the love of her child.

Bronze sculptures are lost wax. Done in a foundry and the coloring is not paint. The coloring is patina. Nitrates, sulphates and acids. Applied with heat it causes a reaction to the copper in the bronze. The we put a clear coat that will keep it from changing or aging.
