DJ4 "Freedom" is a limited edition bronze sculpture. The dolphin in this sculpture is a study I did to improve my skills. It was created after a trip to Catalina. We saw over 100 dolphins
on the crossing. Pealing off the front of the boat and swimming free.

The bronze sculptures are lost wax. Done in a foundry and the coloring is not paint. The coloring is patina. Nitrates, sulphates and acids. Applied with heat it causes a reaction
to the copper in the bronze. The we put a clear coat that will keep it from changing or aging.
